Creamy Lemon Pasta

Ingredients
- 25 g of butter
- 1 grated garlic clove
- 2 dl cream
- 2 tablespoons finely grated lemon peel (+ extra for serving)
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 400 g pasta (preferably linguine)
- 1 dl grated parmesan
- salt
- black pepper

Instructions
- Cook pasta according to the instructions on the box and save 1 dl of pasta water.
- Brown the butter in a cast iron frying pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and fry for a minute. Pour in the cream, lemon zest and juice and bring to a simmer. Taste with salt.
- Add the pasta, pasta water and half of the parmesan into the sauce and stir to a creamy pasta.
- Serve topped with the rest of the Parmesan, freshly cracked pepper and extra lemon zest.
