- 2 portions of noodles
- Salt
- Toppings: eggs, spring onion, sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a pot over medium heat, add the broth (and water if concentrated), soy, mirin, garlic, ginger, sambal oelek, and bring to a simmer, then lower the heat and taste with salt.
- Meanwhile, boil the eggs and cook the noodles.
