Greek Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, pressed (add more for stronger garlic flavour)
- 1,5 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 cucumber, peeled and grated
- 280 g Greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt
Instructions
- Place the cucumber in a kitchen towel and squeeze out a bit of the excess water.
- In a bowl, mix yoghurt, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, dill and taste with salt.
- Fold in the cucumber and taste again with salt.
- Cover and let it rest for an hour in the fridge.
