Ingredients

  • 1 tsp black pepper- whole
  • 1 tsp pink pepper
  • 1 tsp green pepper
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp tomato puree
  • 2 dl cream
  • 1 dl water
  • 1 tbsp soy - light
  • 1 tbsp veal stock - concentrated
  • 1 tsp cornstarch 
  • 1 salt

Instructions

  1. Crush the peppercorns in a mortar.
  2. Peel and finely chop the onion.
  3. Sauté the pepper in butter.
  4. Add the tomato paste and onion and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add the cream, water, soy sauce and stock.
  6. Simmer the sauce uncovered for about 10 minutes.
  7. Mix the cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water and stir into the sauce.
  8. Bring to a boil. Season with salt.
