Creamy Shredded Buffalo Chicken and Bacon 4 Cheese Pasta

- Pasta of your choice
- Buffalo chicken and cheese mixture from the buffalo chicken pizza recipe
- Bacon
- Parmesan
- Pasta water

- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the box and save 1 cup of pasta water.
- In a cast iron balti dish or skillet over medium heat, add bacon cut into 1 cm pieces. Cook until golden.
- Remove the bacon and any access fat, deglaze with a little pasta water.
- Add the buffalo chicken cheese mixture to the pan and add pasta water until desired thickness. Stir in the bacon (save some for serving) and pasta.
- Serve topped with grated parmesan and bacon.
