Jam Cookies
30-40 Pieces
Ingredients
- 200 grams of butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 1 dl sugar
- ½ pinch salt
- 2 dl Jam of your choice
Instructions
- Make the butter soft in the microwave and stir all ingredients (except for the jam) into a dough. Wrap with plastic and put it into the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Set the oven to 175 C / 350 F. Roll the dough into a 0.5 cm / 0.2” thick plate. Punch hearts or shapes of your choice and put on an oven tray with baking paper. Make an equal number of hearts with a smaller heart inside. Bake for 10 minutes in the oven. Let them cool.
3. Spread jam on half of the cookies and put on the “lid”.
