Easy Pancakes
6 - 7 pancakes
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 6 dl milk
- 3 dl all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2-3 tbsp butter

- Add the eggs into a bowl. To avoid lumps, add 3 dl milk and 1 dl flour, whisk thoroughly. Add 1 dl milk and 1 dl flour and whisk, then add 2 dl milk and 1 dl flour, 2 tbsp melted butter, salt and whisk thoroughly.
- Melt some butter in a skillet. Pour a thin layer of butter into the skillet and tilt the skillet to spread the batter evenly across the surface of the skillet.
- When the pancake is golden brown, turn it and fry until golden brown on the other side.
Serve with berries or jam.
