Buffalo Chicken 3 Cheese Folded Pizza

Ingredients
- Pizza dough
- 1 cup jack cheese
- 2/3 cup cheddar
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups shredded chicken

Instructions
- Prepare the pizza dough.
- Set the oven to 430°F/220°C
- In a bowl, add jack cheese, cheddar, cream cheese, and buffalo sauce. Mix with a hand mixer.
- Add the chicken and mix.
- Roll out the pizza dough and spread the chicken mixture on half the pizza dough leaving 2 cm at the edge.
- Fold the pizza over the mixture to create a half-circle. Fold the edge of the dough on top of itself to seal the dough to avoid leakage.
- Bake in the oven for about 15 - 20 minutes until golden.
- Brush lightly with olive oil before serving.
