Ginger and Orange Meat Glaze
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 dl Japanese soy
- 2 dl freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 dl liquid honey

- Peel and grate the ginger. Squeeze the juice from the orange.
- In a pot, add orange juice, honey, soy and ginger and bring to a simmer, let it reduce until somewhat sticky.
