pasta bolognese

3 - 4 Servings


  • 400 g ground beef
  • 500 grams crushed tomatoes
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp Chinese soy
  • 1 medium-size carrot
  • 1 dl red wine (or white wine if you prefer)
  • 1 beef stock cube
  • cream
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • salt & pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • oregano
  • basil
  • Parmesan


  1. Chop the onion and grate the carrot.
  2. Brown the ground beef.
  3. Add soy, onion, and carrot.
  4. Make some space in the middle of the pan and fry the tomato paste for a minute to enhance with a deeper, richer flavor and get rid of any acidic flavor. Then mix the tomato paste with the other ingredients.
  5. Add the wine and let simmer for a minute, then add the crushed tomatoes, stock cube, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, basil, and cream.
  6. Serve with your favorite pasta and top with some grated parmesan.
