Homemade Buffalo Sauce recipe

2 - 3 servings (meaning about 2 - 3 skinless chicken thighs or chicken fillets)

Ingredients

  • 100 g Frank's hot sauce (or brand of your choice)
  • 1 minced garlic
  • 1/3 tbsp worcestershire
  • 5 g white wine vinager
  • 50 grams butter

Instructions

  1. In a medium size Dutch oven over medium heat, add all ingredients except butter, bring to a simmer, and stir until combined. Allow to simmer for 4 - 5 minutes until thickened slightly.
  2. Whisk in the butter.
  3. Soak the chicken in the buffalo sauce.
