Marinated bean sprouts are a good accessory to the food or ingredient in, for example, noodle soup or rice dishes such as bibimbap.
- 150 g fresh bean sprouts
- 2 l water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp roasted sesame seeds
- Bring the water to a boil. Add the bean sprouts and immediately drain the water and bean sprouts in a colander and rinse the bean sprouts in ice-cold water.
- Mix the bean sprouts with the other ingredients.
