Ingredients

  • 150 ml heavy cream

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 50 g dark chocolate (at least 60–70% cocoa solids), chopped

  • 1 tbsp strong brewed coffee (espresso or regular)

  • 2–3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tbsp butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar (optional)
