Midnight Mocha Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

150 ml heavy cream

2 tbsp cocoa powder

50 g dark chocolate (at least 60–70% cocoa solids), chopped

1 tbsp strong brewed coffee (espresso or regular)

2–3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp butter

1 tsp vanilla sugar (optional)

Whisk in the cocoa powder and sugar until fully dissolved.
