Ingredients
- 250 g frozen mango
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- roasted coconut flakes
- 2-3 tbsp water

- Thaw the mango for 10 minutes.
- Mix mango, lemon juice, honey or syrup, and water in a mixer until smooth.
- Roast coconut flakes in a cast iron skillet.
- Serve the mango sorbet topped with roasted coconut flakes.
