Spinach, Onion and Feta Cheese Pie

Ingredients
- Pie dough/crust
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 400 grams frowzen tawed spinach
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 3 dl milk
- 150 grams of feta cheese
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 ml black pepper

Instructions
- Prepare the pie crust.
- Over medium heat in a cast iron skillet, cook the onion for a few minutes then add the garlic and cook for a minute more. Stir in the spinach and cook until all water has evaporated.
- In a bowl stir together, the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Spread the spinach on top of the pie crust and crumble the feta cheese on top of the spinach.
- Poor the egg mixture over the pie ingredients and back in the oven at 400F°/200°C for about 25 minutes.
