Snickers Cookies

Ingredients

• 200 g milk chocolate
• 10 dl - cereal (K-special or similar type of cereal)
• 1 jar peanut butter - about 340 grams
• 2 dl light syrup
• 1 dl sugar

Equipment

• Baking form or Enamled Cast Iron Roasting Pan
• Enameled Cast Iron Dutch oven

Instructions

1. Crush the flakes in a bowl.
2. Heat peanut butter, sugar and syrup in a pot and mix well.
3. Mix the peanut mixture into the crushed flakes.
4. Flatten the batter in a parchment paper lined form.
5. Melt the chocolate and then spread it over the first layer of batter in the form.
6. Leave the form in a fridge for at least an hour.
7. Cut into squares and serve with for example coffee.
