Tuna Tzatziki Olive Avocado Egg Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread (we used sourdough bread in this recipe, use bread according to taste)
- 1 can of tuna in water
- tzatziki
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 egg (hard boiled and sliced)
- a few olives (cut in half)
- Feta cheese, grated
- Red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions
- Strain the water from the tuna and mix it with Tzatziki.
- In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, toast the bread on each side.
- Spread a generous amount of tuna mixture on the bottom slice of bread.
- Add the olives and red onions on top of the tuna mixture. Then add a layer of tomatoes, avocado, and eggs and top with grated feta cheese.
- Add the other slice of bread on top.
