Snickers Cookies
Ingredients
- 200 g milk chocolate
- 10 dl - cereal (K-special or similar type of cereal)
- 1 jar peanut butter - about 340 grams
- 2 dl light syrup
- 1 dl sugar
Equipment
- Baking form or Enamled Cast Iron Roasting Pan
- Enameled Cast Iron Dutch oven
Instructions
- Crush the flakes in a bowl.
- Heat peanut butter, sugar and syrup in a pot and mix well.
- Mix the peanut mixture into the crushed flakes.
- Flatten the batter in a parchment paper lined form.
- Melt the chocolate and then spread it over the first layer of batter in the form.
- Leave the form in a fridge for at least an hour.
- Cut into squares and serve with for example coffee.
