Thank you for visiting and shopping at CrucibleCookware.com. The following are the terms and conditions that make up our delivery policy.

Shipping processing time

Orders are typically processed within one working day. However, during periods of high order volume, there may be delays in delivery. If your order experiences a significant delay, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone. Please note that package pick-ups only occur on weekdays. Therefore, placing orders between Sunday and Thursday ensures faster delivery as pick-ups can be scheduled for the following day.

Shipping prices & delivery calculations

Shipping rates vary by country. Free shipping is available for some countries, while shipping costs are calculated at checkout for others. The applicable shipping method depends on the country selected either at the top of the page or at the bottom for the mobile version. Please choose the country where you are located to determine the shipping costs for receiving your goods.

For some countries, for example, Greece, shipping costs vary significantly depending on the location within the country, our shipping rate is established at an average price. However, if the actual shipping price exceeds the estimated cost at checkout, we reserve the right to charge additional fees to align with the actual shipping cost. In such instances, we will promptly communicate with the buyer, informing them of the adjusted price. If agreed upon, the customer will be requested to make an extra payment to cover the difference. If the adjusted shipping cost is not agreed upon, a refund will be issued.

Estimated delivery time

  • For the US, Canada, UK, and EU: 2 – 10 days.
  • The rest of the world: 10 – 40 days depending on destination.

Delivery confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a delivery confirmation email once your order has been processed containing your tracking number.

Carrier

We reserve the right to use a different shipping company than the one chosen by the customer if we believe it will result in faster delivery.

Damages

Crucible Cookware is responsible for damaged or lost products during shipping. If you have received your order damaged, please contact info@cruciblecookware.com and we will get back to you as soon as we can with a solution. Save all packaging materials and damaged items before making a claim.

Pre-orders

The shipping date for pre-orders is an estimated shipping date from our warehouse. We reserve the right to update the shipping date at any time in case the products have been delayed in the manufacturing or shipping process (to our warehouse) or in the event we receive the products sooner than expected.
