  • 250 g frozen mango
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • roasted coconut flakes
  • 2-3 tbsp water



  1. Thaw the mango for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix mango, lemon juice, honey or syrup, and water in a mixer until smooth.
  3. Roast coconut flakes in a cast iron skillet.
  4. Serve the mango sorbet topped with roasted coconut flakes.
