  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed (add more for stronger garlic flavour)
  • 1,5 tsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and grated
  • 280 g Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • salt


  1. Place the cucumber in a kitchen towel and squeeze out a bit of the excess water.
  2. In a bowl, mix yoghurt, garlic, vinegar, olive oil, dill and taste with salt. 
  3. Fold in the cucumber and taste again with salt.
  4. Cover and let it rest for an hour in the fridge.
