We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If a product has been delivered to a customer with a defect that is clearly shown in images to customer service the customer may not have to return the product, whether a return is required is evaluated on a case-to-case basis.

To minimize the distance of transport, products that require inspection will be returned to the nearest warehouse. 

The product should be delivered to the return address and not to a collection point, since we do not collect returns and it will automatically be returned to the sender.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Save the shipping box and product box until the investigation is over.

Normally, the customer should report visible damage to the packaging or product immediately (often within 1–7 days). Otherwise, shipping companies and insurance coverage cannot handle it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Affiliate-Related Order Review and Shipping Cost Recovery

For orders associated with our affiliate program, we reserve the right to review order activity and volume. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that an affiliate has generated an excessive number of units on a single order or across multiple orders in a manner that may indicate affiliate abuse, fraudulent activity, or attempts to exploit free-shipping offers (including through marketplace channels offering free shipping), we may take corrective action.

In such cases, we may deduct the actual shipping costs we incurred from any refund amount issued. This includes orders placed through marketplaces where free shipping was offered to the customer, but where we incur a shipping expense. The amount deducted will be based on the documented shipping cost we paid for the delivery of those units. These measures help protect the integrity of our affiliate program and ensure fair use of promotional and shipping benefits.

Pre-orders

You have the right to change your mind and receive a full refund at any time before the product has been shipped. After the product has been shipped you have 30 days after receiving the product to contact us about your return request. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refused delivery

If an order is not picked up at the customer's collection point and as a result is sent back to us, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the return x 2 which will be deducted from the refund of the product.
