Bolognese

Ingredients
- 400 g ground beef
- 500 grams crushed tomatoes
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp Chinese soy
- 1 medium-size carrot
- 1 dl red wine (or white wine if you prefer)
- 1 beef stock cube
- cream
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- salt & pepper
- cayenne pepper
- oregano
- basil
- Parmesan
Directions
- Chop the onion and grate the carrot.
- Brown the ground beef.
- Add soy, onion, and carrot.
- Make some space in the middle of the pan and fry the tomato paste for a minute to enhance with a deeper, richer flavor and get rid of any acidic flavor. Then mix the tomato paste with the other ingredients.
- Add the wine and let simmer for a minute, then add the crushed tomatoes, stock cube, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, oregano, basil, and cream.
- Serve with your favorite pasta and top with some grated parmesan.
