Ingredients

  • 180 g rice noodles
  • 500 g wok mix
  • 400 g chicken filet, sliced
  • 1 dl oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 Chinese soy
  • 1 1/2 sugar
  • 3 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp minced red chili
  • cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • fresh basil for garnishing

Equipment

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy, sugar, and water.
  2. In a cast iron wok over medium heat, cook the chicken garlic, and chili for a few minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the box.
  4. Add the wok mix to the wok and cook for a few more minutes. Stir in the noodles and sauce and cook until warm.
  5. Serve topped with fresh basil.
