Homemade Buffalo Sauce
2 - 3 servings (meaning about 2 - 3 skinless chicken thighs or chicken fillets)
Ingredients
- 100 g Frank's hot sauce (or brand of your choice)
- 1 minced garlic
- 1/3 tbsp worcestershire
- 5 g white wine vinegar
- 50 grams butter

Instructions
- In a medium size Dutch oven over medium heat, add all ingredients except butter, bring to a simmer, and stir until combined. Allow to simmer for 4 - 5 minutes until thickened slightly.
- Whisk in the butter.
- Soak the chicken in the buffalo sauce.
