Tuna Tzatziki Olive Avocado Egg Sandwich recipe

 

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (we used sourdough bread in this recipe, use bread according to taste)
  • 1 can of tuna in water
  • tzatziki
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1 egg (hard boiled and sliced)
  • a few olives (cut in half)
  • Feta cheese, grated
  • Red onion, thinly sliced (optional)

Equipment

Instructions

  1. Strain the water from the tuna and mix it with Tzatziki.
  2. In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, toast the bread on each side.
  3. Spread a generous amount of tuna mixture on the bottom slice of bread.
  4. Add the olives and red onions on top of the tuna mixture. Then add a layer of tomatoes, avocado, and eggs and top with grated feta cheese.
  5. Add the other slice of bread on top.
