Dandelion Leaf Pesto
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh dandelion leaves (you can also mix in other herbs of your choice)
- 4 - 5 cloves of garlic
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
Equipment
- Mortar and pestle or food processor
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth with a mortar and pestle or in a food processor.
- Serve with for example pasta.
