We are proud to welcome Chef Mathias Vigliano as our newest Crucible Cookware Chef Partner.

With more than 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Mathias brings a remarkable French culinary background and a passion for creating memorable food experiences.

After training in professional cuisine at a French hospitality and culinary school, he continued his career at Hôtel Matignon, the official residence of the French Prime Minister, where he had the opportunity to cook during the terms of Prime Ministers Lionel Jospin and Jean-Pierre Raffarin.

Throughout his career, Chef Mathias has also had the privilege of cooking privately for distinguished personalities, including Madame Claude Pompidou, former First Lady of France, and former French Prime Minister Édouard Balladur.

For 20 years, he owned and operated La Cocotte in Dunkirk, northern France, welcoming a loyal clientele as well as numerous celebrities and public figures.

Today, Chef Mathias is based in Los Angeles, where he works as a private chef, creating personalized dining experiences, private events, and culinary content inspired by his French roots and international cuisine.

We are excited to have Chef Mathias cooking with Crucible Cookware and look forward to sharing some of the dishes and culinary creations he will be preparing with our cookware.
