- 2 avocado
- 1 Garlic clove, pressed
- 2-3 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Oat cream/cream/natural yogurt
- Cayenne pepper
- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit and skin and place in a bowl. Mash the avocado with a mortar and pestle or a fork and make it as chunky or smooth as you’d like.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and stir together.
