Drunken Noodles with Chicken in a Cast Iron Wok

Ingredients
- 180 g rice noodles
- 500 g wok mix
- 400 g chicken filet, sliced
- 1 dl oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 1/2 Chinese soy
- 1 1/2 sugar
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp minced red chili
- cooking oil
- 2 tbsp water
- fresh basil for garnishing

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy, sugar, and water.
- In a cast iron wok over medium heat, cook the chicken garlic, and chili for a few minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to the instructions on the box.
- Add the wok mix to the wok and cook for a few more minutes. Stir in the noodles and sauce and cook until warm.
- Serve topped with fresh basil.
