Ingredients:

  • 200 ml smetana

  • 2 tablespoons Japanese soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 250 g pointed cabbage, thinly shredded

  • 1 carrot, grated or julienned

  • 1 bunch fresh coriander (cilantro), roughly chopped
