Bold Nights: Herb & Spice Garlic Whiskey Butter

200 g softened butter

1 small shallot (finely chopped)

2 Tbsp chili sauce

2 tsp curry powder

3 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 cloves garlic (grated)

1 Tbsp dried oregano

1 Tbsp dried tarragon

2 Tbsp Dijon mustard

3 tsp paprika powder

1 Tbsp whiskey or cognac

Salt, to taste
Method

In a bowl, mix the softened butter with shallot, chili sauce, curry, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oregano, tarragon, mustard, paprika, and cognac.

Season with salt and taste—adjust if needed.

Transfer to cling film, shape into a log, and refrigerate until firm.
