4–5 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced in half horizontally to create 4 thinner fillets

🧄 Marinade

3 tablespoons olive oil

Make your homemade za’atar.

Marinade: Combine 3 Tbsp olive oil, 3 minced garlic cloves, juice of 1 lemon, and 1½ Tbsp za’atar. Marinate halved thawed chicken thighs for 2 hrs–overnight.
- Prepare the Mediterranean Breeze Sauce

Grill: Over medium-high, grill 4–5 pieces at a time for ~4–5 min/side until charred. Rest 5-10 min.
