It would not be a real summer without Maatjesharing with Sour Cream and Chives. Easy, quick, and delicious.
- Maatjesharing 150 g/person
- Sour cream 1.5 dl/person
- Chives according to taste
- boiled eggs (optional)
- Boil potatoes.
- Peel the potatoes or serve with the peel on.
- On a plate, add Maatjesharing and spread sour cream on top. Cut small pieces of chives using a scissor.
- Serve with crispbread, cheddar cheese, and beer.
