- 1 Watermelon about 4.4 lb / 2 kgs
- 3 Limes
- Fresh Mint
- Peel the melon and cut dice the flesh.
- Run the flesh in a mixer with the fresh mint about 10-15 leaves according to taste.
- Strain the watermelon mix through a strainer, use a large spoon to press the melon juice against the strainer.
- Make lime juice of the limes with a lime squeezer and stir together with the melon juice.
- Put in the fridge for an hour before serving.
