1. What is the best option between bare cast iron and enameled cast iron?
Both are amazing products. You can cook the same things in both bare cast iron cookware and enameled cast iron cookware, however, enameled cast iron does not require seasoning as the bare cast iron products do. Since enameled cookware is more fragile, bare cast iron cookware is a better alternative for example campfire cooking.

"I bought this cast iron pan and I love it. It was wonderful for a while, but suddenly food began to stick to pan. I reached out to Crucible Cookware for help, and they contacted me telling me what I needed to do. They promptly sent me instructions on how to season the pan and how to keep it that way so food would not stick. Crucible Cookware impressed me with their top notch customer service."

"Delivered as promised, already had a handle cover that i use daily. There are times I am using two frypans at once and wanted another handle cover. This set is perfect, handles all my needs, I have used the cover for my pan that I put in the oven several times already. As I have aged sometimes grabbing several potholders gets awkward, so this works and keep me safer."
