- 1 Can (200g) Tuna in water, strained
- 200g shrimp
- Pizza dough
- Tomato sauce
- Grated cheese
- Bell pepper, sliced
- Black olives
- Capers
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- black pepper
- Garlic sauce
- Pimientos de padrón
- olive oil

- In a cast iron skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onion and tuna for a few minutes, then add cumin, chili, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for a few more minutes. The water from the tuna should be evaporated to avoid a wet pizza. Taste and add more spices if needed.
- Place the pizza dough in the cast iron pizza pan and spread the tomato sauce on top of the dough. Spread the cheese, then the tuna and onion mix. On top of that, add sliced bell pepper, olives, and capers. Bake in the oven at 250°C/480°F for about 12 minutes. Take out the pizza and add the shrimp, then bake for another 4 minutes.
- Meanwhile, sauté the pimientos de padrón in olive oil and salt until softened.
- Serve the pizza topped with garlic sauce and pimientos de padrón.
