Easy Pancakes

Pancake recipe

6 - 7 pancakes


  • 3 eggs
  • 6 dl milk
  • 3 dl all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 2-3 tbsp butter


  1. Add the eggs into a bowl. To avoid lumps, add 3 dl milk and 1 dl flour, whisk thoroughly. Add 1 dl milk and 1 dl flour and whisk, then add 2 dl milk and 1 dl flour, 2 tbsp melted butter, salt and whisk thoroughly.
  2. Melt some butter in a skillet. Pour a thin layer of butter into the skillet and tilt the skillet to spread the batter evenly across the surface of the skillet.
  3. When the pancake is golden brown, turn it and fry until golden brown on the other side.

Serve with berries or jam.
