Homemade Pasta

2-3 Servings


  • 400 grams Flour
  • 4 Eggs


1. Build a round wall with the flour and pour the eggs into the middle of the flour.

2. Stir with a fork and whisk in the flour a little piece at a time.
3. Stir and knead the until it’s a smooth dough, about 5 minutes. Cut the dough in 2 pieces, wrap with plastic and put it into the fridge for an hour. Roll as thin as possible and cut in the shape of the pasta type of your desire (for long pasta fold the dough for easier cutting), or form with a pasta machine.

4. Boil the pasta for 2-3 minutes and test if it's finished.
