Tuna Sandwiches Recipe
- 8 slices bread
- 2 cans tuna in water, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Fry the slices in butter in a skillet on medium heat until golden brown on each side.
- Mix the ingredients in a bowl.
- Spread the tuna mixture on 4 slices of bread and put the remaining slices on top.
