Jam cookies

30-40 Pieces


  • 200 grams of butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla sugar
  • 1 dl sugar
  • ½ pinch salt
  • 2 dl Jam of your choice


  1. Make the butter soft in the microwave and stir all ingredients (except for the jam) into a dough. Wrap with plastic and put it into the fridge for 30 minutes.
  2. Set the oven to 175 C / 350 F. Roll the dough into a 0.5 cm / 0.2” thick plate. Punch hearts or shapes of your choice and put on an oven tray with baking paper. Make an equal number of hearts with a smaller heart inside. Bake for 10 minutes in the oven. Let them cool.

3. Spread jam on half of the cookies and put on the “lid”.
